This package is designed for homeowners who don’t reside, full time, in the Flathead Valley. We stop by once a week to ensure all aspects of your home are functioning, safe, and ready for use.
We utilize our weekly time within your home to manage and oversee all vendors necessary to keep the place well oiled and functioning at its best.
When things are fully functioning you have the opportunity to utilize our weekly time allotment to better your home in any way you desire.
One retained labor / concierge hour per week
$7,500 for one year service term - 50% paid upon contract signing - 50% paid after six months.
($150 per weekly stop)

We stop by once a week to ensure that all aspects of your home are functioning and ready for use. Atop that, we will make your arrivals and departures a breeze. We’ll provide airport shuttle services, stock your fridge with your favorites, and confirm your property is guest ready.
Your home receives all the system functionality guarantees from “Eyes On Assets,” as a baseline. Atop that we aim to tackle concierge services that better your experiences within the home. We also reserve more time to manage, bill pay, and oversee all the moving parts of the home. Creating a hands free system with one central point of contact for the principals.

$15,000 for one year service term - 50% paid upon contract signing - 50% paid after six months.

The Full Monty is designed for homeowners with intricate estates and multifaceted needs. While still focusing on systems, safety and functionality - this package offers the feel of a full time, highly trained, concierge and property manager. We manage your assets with extreme discipline and a personal touch. We aim to forge a long standing relationship with the estate and its owners, consistently bettering their experience in Montana.
Six retained labor / concierge hours per week
$25,000 for one year service term - 50% paid upon contract signing - 50% paid after six months.
($84 per labor hour)
